I am beyond excited to introduce you to a project that comes from the heart: A townhouse that will serve you as a space to retreat, located about 30 minutes away from Vienna, in beautiful Kaltenleutgeben.

From late 2024 onwards I'll invite you to join me at my cosy home for 

   Weekday Yoga Retreats (up to 8 people),

   1 Day Silent Meditation Retreat-Intro (2-8 people),

   Private Yoga Classes (single or group sessions, up to 8 people),

   Cold Plunging in the Garden,

   Silent Walks in the Forest in front of our Doorstep,

   Thai Nuad Massage
