I am beyond excited to introduce you to a project that comes from the heart: A townhouse that will serve you as a space to retreat, located about 30 minutes away from Vienna city center, in beautiful Kaltenleutgeben (Lower Austria).

From 2025 onwards I'll invite you to join me at my cosy home for

   Meditation Sessions,

   Weekday Yoga Retreats (up to 7 people),

   1 Day Silent Meditation Retreat-Intro (2-8 people),

   Private Yoga Classes (single or group sessions, up to 7 people),

   Cold Plunging in the Garden,

   Silent Walks in the Forest in front of our Doorstep,

   Thai Nuad Massage
