Prāṇāyāma & Meditation
I’m happy to invite you to a weekly online* Prāṇāyāma & Meditation class!
We’ll start on Tuesday, 14.04.26, from 19:30–20:30 CET.

*If you prefer practicing in person, you’re very welcome to join me in Kaltenleutgeben! Same conditions apply, plus you’ll get some tea. :]
The Practice:
The course is mainly practical, with just enough theory to support you. We’ll start gently with simple yet profound breathing techniques and gradually move toward more complex practices.
Each session includes:
Guided Prāṇāyāma
Guided Meditation
Meditation in Silence
Bonus: A voice memo of the practice to guide your daily 10-minute home routine.
Bonus: A PDF with theory and implementation.
The course builds up week by week. Ideally, you’ll practice daily (even if just for 10 minutes) - you can use the voice memo to ground your practice and eventually „stand on your own feet“ in your practice.
Investment:
Full 5-Week Course: 50,- Euro. (For new participants. If you miss a session, I’ll send you the recording! Since the course builds up week by week, I request that new participants join for the full 5-week journey to ensure a solid foundation for the more advanced practices)
Drop-In: 11,- Euro per session. (Only for those who have participated in the previous course with me and want to deepen their practice.)
