Join me for a special two-hour immersive experience designed to deeply nourish your body, mind, and spirit through the healing power of stillness and sound.
Restorative Yoga can be seen as a form of meditation. By fully supporting the body with props, we eliminate all physical effort. This deep stillness signals your nervous system that it is safe to relax, allowing you to release deep tension, and enter a state of peaceful awareness.
During the practice, you will be bathed in the live frequencies of singing bowls, the harmonium, and mantras.
Unlike a recording, live music adapts to the room's energy. These ancient sound currents travel through the body, calming brainwaves, dissolving mental chatter, and opening the heart.

The Practice
The breath is the bridge between our body and mind. By shifting from unconscious breathing to conscious awareness and control, we directly influence our nervous system. This practice allows you to quiet the chatter of the mind, release tension, and cultivate
profound inner stillness. In this intimate, in-person course, I will support you individually. This allows me to guide you safely and adapt the Prāṇāyāma practice precisely to your personal needs and experience level.
The course is mainly practical, with just enough theory to support your journey. We will start gently with simple yet profound breathing techniques and gradually move toward more complex practices.
Each session includes:
• Guided Prāṇāyāma Practice
• Exploration of different Meditation Techniques
• Meditation in Silence
• A handout with all additional information and daily integration tips
Note: The course builds up week by week. To get the most out of it, a daily home practice of just 10 minutes is highly recommended.
